Copy a code block in one click, track tasks across a workspace, and turn selected lines into headings.

• Copy a whole code block from a button that appears on hover; pasting it back into a note keeps it as a code block in the same language
• See workspace tasks in the sidebar: overall progress per workspace, and the notes with unfinished tasks ranked by completion and task count. Ticking a task in the note updates the sidebar
• Turn selected paragraphs or list items into headings: each line becomes its own heading, nested items step down a level, and inline code is kept
